The owners of the Goat Grill wanted to create an original grilled chicken take-out restaurant. We worked on a clean space that gives the effect of entering an orange grill. Light punctuates the space and makes it stand out from other businesses at night. We wanted to recreate the effect of New York diners with their neon lighting. For the magical effect of the grill, we were inspired by the lighting of New York cinemas. The very simple and uncluttered layout is contrasted by the magical effect of the light bulbs that dot the cooking space and the counters.
