The Buve chair was tailor made for the project of the new Osmo X Marusan café, a collective space hybrid between a café, wine bar, boutique and event space. In order to contribute to the unifying and dynamic atmosphere desired by the owners, Buve was designed to encourage the user to remain engaged in the conversation. Hence the concept of an “active” chair. With a low backrest and its minimal steel structure, it follows the idea of inciting and provoking socialization in its aesthetics. The Buve chair was also created to be part of the MDT Mobilier collection, with its fine and symmetrical lines, available for purchase to the general public. Its electrostatic finish, giving it access to a wide variety of colors, allows it to adapt to various environments. It is entirely designed and manufactured in the workshop of MDT Mobilier.
