The concept of this environment aims to highlight the century-old building. As the exterior walls are made of brick, we wanted them to be visible from all points of view, so that everyone could enjoy their warm appearance. This is why the open area was positioned in the center and surrounded by glazed offices. In order to match the original wood and metal with the new decor, the structure of the ceiling has been preserved and we have chosen mat black visible ventilation.
For the conference room, the goal was for it to be at the heart of the layout. This desire was reflected by the transparency of the glass. It allows the lighting to circulate through this room, which is the center of attention. Behind this, we thought about putting " Power Station " to offer small workstations suitable for concentration. They are insulated and soundproofed. They are named after beloved neighborhoods of Montreal. The wallcover that has been applied all around is an image of the city that has been processed into a work of art. The view of the city center is breathtaking. The executive offices have of course been located to maximize this view.
In addition, several closed offices have windows that offer a magnificent view of Montreal! For the others, murals have been planned, also made with photos that represent the city. Accessories such as artificial plants and custom canvases bring a touch of personalization and conviviality. Red accents have become the company's signature. The velvet of the furniture in the living room is conducive to happy hours and relaxed conversations. Our goal was to create a space where everyone would be comfortable and able to function in a stimulating environment.
