Lipari Design applied its expertise accompanying its clients in the personalization of their residence, in the plan modifications, the material choices and the furniture. This sumptuous home situated in the Aquablu Phase 2 condo tour brings value to a rich and sumptuous design.
The daily views of the water of this retired couple are reflected in the application of the organic water droplet-shaped mirrors applied at random above a Catellan console in the entrance area. The master bedroom gained great importance in this project. It is equipped with a custom-made headboard, colorful wallpaper and a large surface for storage in order to respond to the client's needs. The wooden slats located at the entrance have been creatively integrated into the bedroom, creating an interesting conceptual reminder. A second master bedroom named “Monsieur” was created with more masculine design intent.
The living room showcases an amazing Arte moooi Pavone pale blue wallpaper becoming the focal point. The rotating seats from Restauration Hardware allow the users to enjoy a 360-degree view of the shared space used by guests. We accomplished a successful furniture layout of the living room and dining area, considering the challenge presented by the rounded seating. Lastly, the Catellan dining furniture offers a luxurious and rich decor.
