The total area of Deshang Jinjiang Tianxi is 62.97 mu with a plot ratio of 2.5. In such a plot, German merchants have equipped 6 flat floors with diamond facade and 17 urban compound yards. From the five aspects of location, residence, Corning, clubhouse and service, all dimensional craftsmanship products constantly create a new level of value with the fine layout of product scale and excellent product strength.
In the project, modern buildings collide with classical courtyards, connecting the ancient and modern, high-rise buildings are transparent and bright, and the low-density part is arranged with five ingenuity of “one axis, one yard, two gardens, two workshops and five lanes” to launch the Suzhou garden courtyard, which is also a conflict and integration across time, dimensions and levels, bringing Jiangnan courtyard to Chengdu to meet the “courtyard complex” of Chengdu people with pure Chinese garden
