This ten-story building with 139 apartments, the Market habitats locatifs, stands on the edge of the St-Elzear Boulevard, a few steps from the 440 Market located in Laval. The purpose of this project centered on the human comfort offers spaces designed for the community, inviting gatherings. It is in an ecological, local and nature-oriented spirit, using noble materials that the concepts have evolved around in order to create warm and enveloping places. Natural light is predominant in the common areas, leaving the natural fluctuations of the sun free to warm and illuminate the premises. Thanks to the efforts and keen eye of Pur Immobilia, several recycled elements, including lighting and furniture, were able to bring personality to the project. On the roof, we find the urban chalet, which occupies the best square footage of the building, with a common space for the benefit of the occupants. In addition, the project stands out for the constitution of a team of professionals including several leading women – ranging from the director of customer experience to the site supervisor through the interior designer, all of them did an immense job of research and coordination to bring the project to the highest level. Their skills and consideration for every detail led to the execution of the concept vision. The result is a high-quality project, thought out and carried out by the feminine force.
