The Oslo collection designed by Philippe Lefebvre, co-owner of Woodstock & Co., offers three pieces of furniture for the dining room: a table, a bench and a round table. 100% made of solid wood, made in Quebec and sold exclusively online, the three pieces of furniture from the collection have simple lines inspired by the Scandinavian trend.
The objective through this Scandinavian-inspired collection was to offer Quebecers dining room furniture that are aesthetically interesting, refined and durable in terms of their design and the materials from which they are made.
The base is the common element that each of the pieces in the collection has. The slim leg features a double angle, which makes it stand out when compared to many pieces of furniture on the market. At the intersection between the table top and the base, the leg is rectangular in shape with rounded edges and at its junction with the floor it is completely round, reminiscent of the refined shape of a human leg. Another distinctive element of the collection is where the table sash intertwines the leg. Although this element is first and foremost an important structural element for the strength of furniture, its aesthetics have not been neglected.
