Housed in a century-old building, it was important to highlight the historic cachet of the original envelope and structure. The signage painted on the existing brick walls is a nod to the graphics of the past.

In addition, to facilitate access to the offices and to make the place more inviting, we have created a storefront. The new main lobby also connects the ground floor level with the mezzanine, through this new opening created in the floor.

The strong point of this project is definitely the central architectural staircase which unites all 4 floors and which enhances the adjacent spaces with natural light through its openness and verticality.

All spaces are designed to be modular and adaptable. The furniture has been specifically chosen and / or manufactured to be aesthetically attractive in addition to being easily manipulated to adjust the interior layout as needed. Several varieties of rooms have been designed to leave users the choice according to the work to be done; collaborative, creative or office work.

For collaborative work, we have integrated several technological elements that enhance internal work. That is, the integration of backlit panels, a state-of-the-art videoconferencing system to promote exchanges between international offices, a home automation system and touch screens. For office work, we have focused on user comfort by integrating height-adjustable desks with swivel arms.
