Located near the intersection of Papineau and Saint-Grégoire street in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, Le Petit Laurier is a multi-residential project with 31 architecturally designed rental units that young professionals will call home starting in October 2021.
This European-inspired urban environment will feature welcoming living spaces creating a sense of community between neighbours. A design with interior corridors was rejected in favour of creating a more human experience. Residents will therefore enjoy direct access to their units through the lush, green inner courtyard that forms the very heart of the project. A shared roof-top terrace will offer a striking view of Royal Mount. This gathering space will not only be highly functional and esthetically pleasing, but also provide tenants with the perfect place for mingling.
Its stylish units will have one or two bedrooms and come with or without a mezzanine. Every square foot has been carefully considered to optimize space and light with the goal of providing a comfortable living environment. Some of the featured materials include: natural wood cabinets, polished concrete floors and quartz countertops.
Le Petit Laurier offers a stark contrast between its street side and backyard, both in terms of the ambiance, materials and colours used. Residents will be able to enter directly from the avenue into the backyard through a large illuminated carriage entrance. Le Petit Laurier is a revitalization project on a human scale.
