Folio design was mandated to create an inviting and timeless atmosphere for CFLA's team of professionals. A vast entrance, with contrasting elements, welcomes visitors. The play of light accentuates the shapes and textures of the premises. The layout is designed to create a separation between the private and public areas in order to promote concentration for the work spaces. The reception area is bordered by the meeting rooms and the kitchen. The workstations are more minimalist and the detail of the wooden legs offers a more residential atmosphere. Goodbye to stuffy spaces and cumbersome partitions, here each user has a view of the outside and a space for concentration. The user experience is focused on well-being rather than densification at all costs. Particular attention was paid to the design of the kitchen to offer a soothing and refreshing environment. The color variations of the terrazzo have inspired a natural materiality with an orange accent. The sobriety and clean lines of the furniture are emphasized in this space and the touch of greenery perfectly complements the desired ambiance. The textures of the elements and choice of materials were put forward to create visual appeal despite the simplicity of the architecture. The iconic murals mark strategic points in the space and support the concept.
