Fuel Solution Lunch

GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN – 7th édition

Providing a meaningful alternative to disposable containers, Trudeau Corporation won the honors for the Sustainable Development Award in the Industrial Design category with Fuel Solution Lunch, a collection of compact products.

Trudeau manufactured an original range of containers, bottles, and bags to encourage responsible consumption at lunchtime. Fuel products have been designed with the aim of encouraging healthy practices in relations to eating habits and the environment. Moreover, all production decisions were taken through an eco-design logic that guided the selection of manufacturing materials. By using film made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fiber in the manufacture of bags, which is lighter and stronger then nylon fabric, the packaging has a smaller environmental impact while being easily recyclable.

The jury was charmed and impressed by this collection offered in various colors, which forms a visual ensemble of shapes, lines and colors. Trudeau’s global approach for Fuel created a modern graphic signature in line with the collection’s objective.
