Bruno PORTO
Bruno Porto is a graphic designer, consultant, and educator active since the 1990s. He has curated three editions of the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial and more than a dozen visual arts exhibitions presented in cities across South America, Asia, and Europe. An author of award-winning books on design and communication, he frequently serves as a juror for international design awards in Europe and in the Americas. Porto has served on the boards of several design organizations and is currently a member of the advisory councils of the Tipos Latinos Latin American Typography Biennial, Adegraf, and the Design For A Better World Award. He holds a specialist degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Communication and is currently a PhD Researcher at the School of Humanities and Digital Sciences at Tilburg University. Having lived in China, the United States, and the Netherlands, in addition to his native Brazil, he is now based in Toronto.
