HUAFA VILLA is the residential development of villa community. HUA-CLUB is the clubhouse of HUAFA VILLA, located in the west of the community, which is situated on the banks of Huanyang River in Doumen District, Zhuhai City of China. Located at the natural peninsula with the superior landscape resources, the project provides a clubhouse, 3 distinguished villas and more than 130 typical villas. The project aims to create the atmosphere with the same design language from different cultural contexts, which also aims to create the project as a new model of oriental aesthetics. Integrating the charm of the south of the Yangtze River into the strength of the Lingnan style, within which the serene and grand “Taoyuan” is developed in the Greater Bay Area featured with the numerous water-stone courtyards.
The master layout design concept of HUA-CLUB splits a single building to four courtyards with their own theme in the layout planning. To achieve this, the circulation design is deeply considered by the designers to solve the limitation of the site area. Based on the abovementioned, the design aims to create a progressive courtyard relationship like the ancient Chinese mountain house in Lingnan style which featured with a deep and green courtyard. The artistic conception of the space is full of meaning, ingenuity and elegance.
Integrated with the site culture and inspired by the Lingnan-style Garden, the project is designed to be the timeless building and creates a modern poetic and elegant luxury club house.
The landscape design is combined with the four major spatial themes included “Bamboo Realm”, “Green Clouds”, “Red Rain Garden” and “Backyard” and the five cultural themes included “Retirement”, “Appreciating Paintings”, “Composing Poems”, “Playing the Qin” and “the Mountain Inscriptions ” which are also combined with the deep and green artistic conception of the courtyard to build the high-end modern, Song-style and hidden luxury club house.
“Bamboo Realm”: As the first landscape space with the condition of hidden the fire control room, the design creates the bamboo forest path.
Green Clouds: Passing through the gate, it is the water feature wall. The exquisite plants contrast with the texture of the water feature wall to form a poetic picture.
Red Rain Garden: Entering the clubhouse, the residents find the water garden, which is not large in scale but has profound artistic conception. This is inspired by the red rain landscape of the ancient Chinese Mountain House. The red trees stand on the calm water. They bloom in clusters during the peak flowering period. The pond is full of fallen flowers, which looks like the continuous pieces of red rain.
The Back Yard: Passing through the cloister and coming to the back yard, it showcases a picture of the back garden in Lingnan style from the indoors which featured with rockeries, waterscape, and plants.
