Nested in the vibrant heart of Canal Lachine, « Vanilla » is intended to be the very essence of modern penthouse elegance. Fusing exceptional architectural craftsmanship with interior design finesse, every aspect of « Vanilla » has been meticulously crafted to deliver an incomparable residential project.
The project was initiated in 2019 by architect Diego Burdi of Burdifilek, it was then taken over and finalized by the Chrome Design team to meet the new family dynamics of the occupants, resulting in an exceptional penthouse in an exclusive setting.
The choice of the name « Vanilla » refers to the velvety softness of the « French Vanilla » natural stone that adorns several spaces in this architectural creation. The selection of this stone was the focal point of the overall design, establishing an atmosphere of tranquility and, above all, imbued with a timeless elegance for the entire program. The reconstituted oak veneer, adjusted to the same shade as the herringbone flooring, homogenizes all the wood elements of the project.
A fusion of four condo spaces, this penthouse redefines the standards of excellence for the family needs of urban living. Right from the entrance, a breathtaking panoramic view introduces an exclusive canvas to the project. The open-plan living spaces embody the art of hospitality, creating a seamless transition between moments of relaxation and sharing through its subtle blend of architectural modernity and the integration of authentic furnishings.

The kitchen was fitted out with attention to detail, a main wall clad in oak veneer meticulously matched to the floor’s shade, contrasting the cooking niche in « Tundra Grey » stone. In the center, a 4-meter black monolith is topped with flamed granite from Quebec. The furniture pays homage to one of our customers’ favorite designers. Framed by a glass shelving unit, the dining room offers a perfect fusion of functionality and aesthetics while preserving the exceptional visual setting.

The three secondary bedrooms with access to en-suite bathrooms offer privacy and comfort for all family members. The master suite is a veritable haven of luxury, opening onto a sophisticated mirrored smoked-glass storage area, and concluding in a master bathroom worthy of the most luxurious spas.
The master suite is a masterpiece in its own right.
To conclude, a magnificent spiral staircase leads up to an immense 138m2 terrace, featuring a 6.5-metre private pool. This oasis, which is equipped with all amenities (kitchen, dining room, lounge and children’s play area), becomes a gathering place that adds an extra dimension of luxurious comfort to this exceptional urban project.
