The Folio Design team, led by Véronique Chayer, successfully transformed the offices of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés into a professional and inspiring workspace. The challenge was to reconcile professionalism, luminosity and conviviality, which was successfully met by reorganizing the spaces to encourage collaboration and concentration. The dynamic, colorful palette is the result of a meticulous search for chromatic nuances, reflecting the Order’s innovation. Visual harmony is evident in every detail, creating an environment that embodies the Order’s commitment to well-being. By adopting curved forms to instill a warm ambience, the team moved away from the traditional strict office. The result is an artistic composition, a living canvas where color and design combine to create a stimulating and innovative environment. Like a work of art, the initial white backdrop is sprinkled with colors and textures that give the space a distinctive personality. Warm and cool hues coexist, a bright natural luminosity permeates the whole, and black color is carefully avoided to let the space breathe and highlight the bright colors and vegetation.
