Stepping into the Ideal Living Space/Huafa Parkland
From meticulously crafting urban living to resonating spaces. In the boundless aspirations, Shanghai · Huafa Parkland shines forth. With a gesture of homage to the era, it presents a life expression belonging to this city.The marketing center designed by CHY unfolds from the urban heritage, drawing inspiration from the history, nature, and culture of Shanghai. Infused with luxurious order, graceful demeanor, and modern imagination, it employs contemporary design techniques to recreate the charm of the city. The design embodies a sense of modernity interwoven with the maritime style, presenting a lifestyle ritual.
Flowing Light
Leveraging the inherent features of the architecture, the design layout imbues the space with a sense of sequence, presenting an elegant and grand spatial experience. The design team, inspired by the « Oriental Pearl, » gazes over the layout and, in the multidimensional interpretation of deconstruction and construction, progressively fosters the spatial tone of « Modern Maritime Style, » going from shallow to deep in a sequential and gradual manner. The entrance reception hall, well-versed in the art of minimalism, radiates a simple and elegant white warmth, allowing viewers to roam freely and imagine within a perceivable spatial context. Allowing thoughts to rest, the space’s diuse reection presents a pure and transparent quality, staging a natural and genuine dialogue with the incoming sunlight. The designer ingeniously borrows scenery, integrating the light passing through the grille with oral arrangements, unfolding a harmonious tableau of humanity and nature. Light and shadow art merges with marble in the space, creating a vibrant and dynamic aesthetic ecology. The colors and materials endow the space with a luxurious style, where a warm presentation reveals the natural traces, preserving the artistic details while embodying a sophisticated texture.
Light up
The lights are arranged in an orderly manner, casting a warm yellow glow, illuminating the room with a vibrant brilliance. Interweaving like a constellation, they shimmer and create ripples, as if time is extracting the most beautiful traces in the space.Combining contemporary culture with aesthetics, rening hotel design elements, and emphasizing the balance, harmony, and contrast of tones, shaping a unique visual tension, the natural texture blends seamlessly with the artistic and luxurious temperament.Metal and leather collide, reproducing the exquisite charm of old Shanghai, creating a comfortable atmosphere akin to home, triggering emotional memories, and establishing the overall tone of the space.Linking the
interaction and dialogue between people and space highlights the fashionable and modern style of modern maritime culture from the inside out. The bar area features a large antique bronze background, sparse yet full. Soft furnishings adopt gentle and understated coee and deep brown accents, presenting a modern and sophisticated texture with elegance and uniqueness.The space continues the aesthetic connotation of modern maritime culture, with baking appliances and a retro feel of bright yellow permeating the overall interior along with the aroma of coee beans. The texture and layers of the space are nurtured. Everything looks modern and aligns with individuality, interpreting the new appearance of the city in the context of the times.Moving along the clean white, walking naturally, the droplet-shaped lamps in the stairwell stretch out, blending the breath of modern life with artistic life, creating a hotel-like elegance and texture.The splendid greenery and the enduring essence of plants adorn the interior space, creating a sense of depth and exploration, making the visual experience more penetrating and coherent.

This space represents the ultimate ideal of interconnected architecture and a concrete embodiment of a lifestyle where everything is interconnected. Grounded in the modern era, we apply innovation to seek the harmonious integration of urban humanities and contemporary living. Above the nightfall, threading through the gaps in the branches, it is vibrant, mutually echoing and inuencing. This integration allows it to blend more seamlessly into the urban core, creating a fusion of art and living, and interpreting the aesthetic temperament of modernity.
