Having the time to experience a site in various moods is a real richness during a photographic documentation. This allows you to capture multiple moments of color and tone unique to the location, adapting the session to the rhythm of the waves of light rocking the landscape.
This visit to Farouche, a unique site at the foot of Mont-Tremblant National Park, was spread out over 24 hours; an ideal mandate given by the designers at Atelier L’Abri. This allowed me to archive the project in the dreamy haze of dawn, under the light grazing the mountains at the end of the day, and under the chiaroscuro of an improvised moon.
Those kinds of perfect moments that organically flow together, reminding us how lucky we are to be practicing architectural photography.
