This fantastic 2500 square foot, three bed, three bath home is located in Mississauga at 1690 Lincolnshire Boulevard. It has many unique and fun details in what is a bit of a smaller building envelope that definitely packs the punch.
Taking a look inside, passing the amazing front facade of this home, you are greeted by the sculptural staircase as you’re coming through the front door. Maximization of utilitarian use is fantastic with sliding doors for all of your coats and jackets as well as shoes.
Coming past the staircase, we have a call button for the personal elevator and the powder room before getting into the explosive living space. Passing the open concept kitchen as well as the eating kitchen space, dining table and a living room in this ravine property, you can see the really maximized glazing on the rear facade to take in the greenery both in the summer and fall months.
Leaving the interior entertainment zone, we take a peek out the sliding patio door at the outdoor entertainment zone. This passage zone really maximizes the indoor-outdoor connectivity.
Being that it is a ravine lot, it has a fully covered patio with a lounge zone with amazing skylight for the morning and afternoon light that’s always coming through the outdoor barbecue zone with the fantastic NewTechWood Siding that is also featured in the facade. The second sliding patio door back into the heart of the home where the kitchen features a very cleanly integrated backsplash window to allow massive amounts of light infiltration onto the cooktop area and great little recessed range top venting system.
Heading up to the second floor laying at the top of the stairs, we have a great lounge area with lots of light coming through the northerly window. The primary bedroom features a massive lift and slide patio door which takes you to a really cool rooftop with access to views out to the rear yard, double vanity and a double sided shower and toilet space in the back.
The last detail we wanted to focus on is the second floor balcony presenting amazing views out to the ravine lot that the project takes advantage of.
