Art’chipel, in the heart of the 8th district of Marseille, is a natural oasis with a rich vegetal heritage, within an inhabited territory. The balance between nature and human is the basis of our project, the basis for building a sustainable city. Art’chipel fits perfectly and permanently into the urban silhouette of the neighborhood, respecting the existing biodiversity, while being resolutely turned towards the future: innovative solutions for the development of better living, both individual and collective. All of the housing units are built around the same principles: flexibility, natural light and outdoor spaces. This is how the different typologies have been designed, favoring the relationship with nature and maximizing the openings in the facade.
