The goal of this major renovation was to improve the usability, scale and organization of the residence. The goal was to create a warm and inviting space, while maximizing functionality and optimizing the workspace.
The kitchen was designed to be hyper-functional, with large quartz countertops for food preparation. The storage spaces were carefully thought out to optimize the work space and facilitate organization. The decoration was also carefully designed, with elements chosen to give a warm and friendly atmosphere. The lighting fixtures, plants and accessories add a touch of personality and charm to the space.
All in all, the kitchen and dining room are warm and functional spaces, ideal for entertaining guests with pleasure and generosity.
The bathroom also underwent a major transformation. The need for space in the shower was the starting point for a sleek yet funky design, thanks to the patterns in the wall covering in the shower. The space is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, providing a pleasant and relaxing shower experience.
The residence\’s lobby was redesigned with the goal of maximizing storage and design. While providing a smooth and inviting first impression.
In short, the renovation created functional, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing living spaces that perfectly meet the needs and expectations of the residence\’s occupants.
