Il comprend : 70 pieds lin\u00e9aires de fa\u00e7ade, dont 54 pieds lin\u00e9aires de vitrines o\u00f9 Loro Piana pr\u00e9sente des expositions d&rsquo;artistes locaux en fonction des saisons, des panneaux muraux en pierre cannel\u00e9e du sol au plafond, le plafond de l&rsquo;ensemble de la surface de vente a \u00e9t\u00e9 liss\u00e9 \u00e0 la truelle \u00e0 la main pour obtenir une finition textur\u00e9e qui s&rsquo;harmonise avec les panneaux muraux et la palette de couleurs des finitions de la surface de vente, une enceinte centrale en verre abritant un jardin d&rsquo;hiver ouvert sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments naturels depuis le haut, un mur m\u00e9dia incorpor\u00e9 sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du jardin d&rsquo;hiver.<\/p>\n<p>Le calendrier de construction, d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de 20 semaines, comprenait le renforcement structurel du b\u00e2timent existant, du sous-sol au troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, avec divers \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier et des semelles en b\u00e9ton, la mise \u00e0 niveau de certaines parties du mur de fondation et la restauration de la fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieure conform\u00e9ment aux exigences des b\u00e2timents patrimoniaux. Including; 70 lineal feet of storefront, which encompasses 54 lineal feet of display window area where Loro Piana displays local artist exhibitions on a seasonal basis, interior perimeter floor to ceiling fluted stone wall panels, the entire sales area ceiling was hand trowelled for a textured finish that compliments the wall panels and color scheme of the sales area finishes, central glass enclosure housing a winter garden which is open to natural weather elements from above, media wall incorporated on one side of the winter garden.<\/p>\n<p>The construction schedule was 20 weeks long featuring; structurally reinforcement of existing building from the basement level to 3rd floor with various steel members and concrete footings upgrade to certain areas of foundation wall and exterior fa\u00e7ade restoration work per heritage building requirements.
