Cette fonction mixte de \u00abr\u00e9sidence et de lieu de r\u00e9ception\u00bb, combin\u00e9e avec valeurs humanistes traditionnelles chinoises, a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte au niveau du traitement esth\u00e9tique du projet, revisitant un vocabulaire architectural de conception moderne.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en tenant compte de l\u2019environnement naturel autour du b\u00e2timent \u2013 sans oublier les habitudes de vie des propri\u00e9taires et leurs besoins en termes de qualit\u00e9 de vie \u2013 que le designer a opt\u00e9 pour une strat\u00e9gie cr\u00e9ative combinant \u00abint\u00e9gration et coexistence.\u00bb Ce projet table sur une interp\u00e9n\u00e9tration du nouveau et de l\u2019ancien, de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, afin de r\u00e9aliser une int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te de ces diverses polarit\u00e9s. En effet, c\u2019est en traitant la confrontation des diff\u00e9rences esth\u00e9tiques, g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par des exigences fonctionnelles diverses, tout en tenant compte de la coexistence des conflits d\u2019id\u00e9es au sein d\u2019un tel espace de vie, que les concepteurs ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 tenir leur pari.<\/p>\n<p>En traversant la cour avant, et en entrant dans la pi\u00e8ce principale par la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e, la premi\u00e8re chose qui saute aux yeux c\u2019est un magnifique lustre scintillant qui est assorti \u00e0 l\u2019escalier, deux \u00e9quipements qui d\u00e9notent un fort sens du rituel et qui contribuent \u00e0 souligner la forme nette de l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n<p>Les lignes abondantes et douces, sans oublier les superbes images spatiales, cr\u00e9ent une exp\u00e9rience spatiale compl\u00e8te et \u00e9motionnelle, qui rend justice aux valeurs et aux styles de vie pris\u00e9es par le cercle restreint des personnes fortun\u00e9es de Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p>Montez les escaliers et entrez dans le hall de r\u00e9ception. Vous remarquerez que ce hall de r\u00e9ception joue un r\u00f4le de transition en reliant l&rsquo;avant et l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. En termes de strat\u00e9gies de conception, les lignes froides du design moderne sont abandonn\u00e9es et les textures chaudes de l&rsquo;arc de cette entr\u00e9e sont infus\u00e9es, ce qui procure une impression d&rsquo;espace l\u00e9ger et fluide. Une cloison en verre arm\u00e9 brun chaud, avec un mur en marbre \u00e0 la texture exquise et d\u00e9licate, ajoute une texture compl\u00e8te et chaleureuse de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;espace. <\/p>\n<p>La maison de th\u00e9, reli\u00e9e \u00e0 la salle de r\u00e9ception, int\u00e8gre la conception traditionnelle chinoise en mati\u00e8re de confort et d\u2019attention, avec le parti-pris esth\u00e9tique qui a guid\u00e9 la conception dans son ensemble. Ainsi, nous avons accord\u00e9 nos principes de conception avec une certaine conception contemporaine de l\u2019esth\u00e9tique, tout cela afin de cr\u00e9er un espace de d\u00e9gustation du th\u00e9 exceptionnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une judicieuse combinaison des \u00e9l\u00e9ments classiques et modernes qui finit par g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une r\u00e9sonnance spirituelle.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un court s\u00e9jour dans le vestibule, nous p\u00e9n\u00e9trons dans la salle de banquet et de r\u00e9ception qui s\u2019\u00e9tend horizontalement. Dans cet espace ouvert, la salle de r\u00e9ception et la salle de banquet maintiennent non seulement l&rsquo;interconnexion dynamique des lignes, mais refl\u00e8tent \u00e9galement l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de chacune des pi\u00e8ces. Ce chevauchement progressif g\u00e9n\u00e8re une fronti\u00e8re floue mutuellement ind\u00e9pendante et changeante entrem\u00ealant les aspects dynamique et statique.<\/p>\n","en":"<p>This project consists of a villa located in the heart of Sheshan National Forest Resort, Shanghai. This residence is surrounded by dark green mountains with shady forests and a sparkling lake of unique natural beauty. Living in such a setting allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying the surrounding landscape and gaining inner peace. Thus, the spirit of the place is an important support for the whole design of the project space.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the site wants this villa to be comparable to a private club: integrating its social, leisure and living vocation so that all family members, as well as their friends, can come and enjoy themselves, participate in meetings of friends or business receptions, in this bucolic setting. This project takes advantage of the potential of the site and the spatial organization of the habitat to promote spiritual elevation. This mixed function of \u00ab\u00a0residence and reception place\u00a0\u00bb, combined with traditional Chinese humanistic values, has been taken into account in the aesthetic treatment of the project, revisiting an architectural vocabulary of modern design.<\/p>\n<p>Taking into account the natural environment around the building \u2013 not forgetting the owners&rsquo; living habits and their needs in terms of quality of life \u2013 the designer opted for a creative strategy combining \u00ab\u00a0integration and coexistence\u00a0\u00bb. This project is based on the interpenetration of the new and the old, the interior and the exterior, in order to achieve a complete integration of these various polarities. Indeed, it is by dealing with the confrontation of aesthetic differences, generated by diverse functional requirements, while taking into account the coexistence of conflicts of ideas within such a living space, that the designers have succeeded in keeping their bet.<\/p>\n<p>Crossing the front yard, and entering the main room through the front door, the first thing that jumps out is a beautiful glittering chandelier that matches the staircase, both of which denote a strong sense of ritual and help to emphasize the clean shape of the space.<\/p>\n<p>The abundant and soft lines, not to mention the beautiful spatial images, create a complete and emotional spatial experience, which does justice to the values and lifestyles prized by Shanghai&rsquo;s inner circle of the wealthy.<\/p>\n<p>Walk up the stairs and enter the reception hall. You will notice that this reception hall plays a transitional role in connecting the front and back. In terms of design strategies, the cold lines of modern design are abandoned and the warm textures of this lobby&rsquo;s arch are infused, providing a light and flowing sense of space. A warm brown wired glass partition, with an exquisitely textured and delicate marble wall, adds a complete and warm high quality texture to the space. <\/p>\n<p>The teahouse, connected to the reception room, incorporates the traditional Chinese concept of comfort and care, with the aesthetic bias that guided the overall design. Thus, we tuned our design principles with a certain contemporary conception of aesthetics, all to create an exceptional tea-tasting space through a judicious combination of classical and modern elements that ultimately generates a spiritual resonance.<\/p>\n<p>After a short stay in the vestibule, we enter the banqueting and reception hall which extends horizontally. In this open space, the reception hall and banquet hall not only maintain the dynamic interconnection of lines, but also reflect the independence of each room.
