La vision du client \u00e9tait d’introduire un nouveau concept de grand magasin, tout en red\u00e9finissant l’avenir du commerce de d\u00e9tail. <\/p>\n<p>Les concepteurs se sont vu confier une pi\u00e8ce d’architecture importante comportant de nombreux atriums. Le souhait du client \u00e9tait d’allouer 50 % de cette surface \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d’espaces publics o\u00f9 les gens pourraient se rencontrer dans un environnement beaucoup plus exp\u00e9rientiel que celui d’un centre commercial classique. En fin de compte, la solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9e par la nature environnante de S\u00e9oul. Une fontaine sculpturale de 12 m\u00e8tres de haut, d\u00e9fiant la gravit\u00e9, se dresse dans l’atrium principal, entour\u00e9e d’\u00eeles flottantes de forme organique, avec \u00e0 la base des si\u00e8ges de formes fluides. Design elements, includes abundant greenery, expansive floorplates, and a Waterfall Garden, all contributing to a memorable customer experience set against a backdrop of avant-garde fashion and visually stimulating contemporary design elements.<\/p>\n<p>The designers were given a substantial piece of architecture with many atriums. The client aim was to allocate 50 percent of this floor plate to create public spaces where people can socialize in a more experiential environment than the typical mall experience has to offer.
