Pour soutenir une d\u00e9mographie diversifi\u00e9e, 33% des locations sont des logements familiaux.<\/p>\n<p>Zephyr respecte soigneusement la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et le caract\u00e8re du West End et prend la forme d&#39;un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 usage mixte jug\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appropri\u00e9 pour cette zone.
