Le motif et la couleur revigorent les mat\u00e9riaux de base du paysage et cr\u00e9ent une dialectique entre les formes naturelles des plantes et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie abstraite de l&#39;architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Le Sales Center est un programme sacr\u00e9 au sein de l&#39;appareil du march\u00e9 immobilier chinois. Souvent, on constate que le centre de vente re\u00e7oit autant d&#39;attention que la conception du projet r\u00e9el \u00e0 vendre. Des mises \u00e0 jour hebdomadaires des m\u00e9dias sociaux diffusent la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9rie d&#39;ouvertures de salles d&#39;exposition, dont les saveurs sont largement similaires : de belles fa\u00e7ades et portails en pierre, des pins sculpturaux et quelques pi\u00e8ces d&#39;eau, des \u0153uvres d&#39;art plus ou moins insipides, et une poign\u00e9e de jolies filles et gar\u00e7ons en uniformes inspir\u00e9s par des h\u00f4tels cinq \u00e9toiles. Apparemment, les salles d&#39;exposition doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9es. On pr\u00e9tend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu&#39;ils deviennent des pavillons ou des zones communautaires d&#39;un projet. Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la plupart des salles d&#39;exposition sont d\u00e9molies pour faire place \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement plus agressif.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce projet, le promoteur a choisi un \u00e9l\u00e9ment architectural qui embrasse la nature temporaire de la salle d&#39;exposition, le conteneur maritime. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#39;empilement et \u00e0 l&#39;organisation d&#39;une forme architecturale \u00e0 partir de ces conteneurs, le menu classique des programmes de la salle d&#39;exposition peut \u00eatre soigneusement organis\u00e9. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la conception du paysage comme une s\u00e9rie de murs. Certains sont vo\u00fbt\u00e9s, et certains sont \u00e0 motifs, pour cr\u00e9er des salons de jardin qui s&#39;\u00e9tendent du b\u00e2timent. Often one finds that the Sales Center receives as much attention as the design of the actual project for sale. Weekly updates from social media broadcast the latest round of showroom openings, the flavors of which are largely similar: beautiful stone facades and gates, sculptural pines and some water features, artworks of varying insipidity, and a handful of pretty girls and boys in uniforms inspired by five-star hotels. Ostensibly the showrooms are to be reused. They are usually claimed to become clubhouses or community zones of a project. But in reality, most showrooms are torn down to make room for more aggressive development. <\/p>\n<p>In this project, the developer has chosen an architectural element that embraces the temporary nature of the showroom, the shipping container. Through stacking and organizing an architectonic form from these containers, the classic showroom menu of programs can be neatly organized. It takes a great deal of bravery in the context of development to go so hard against the grain of the typical showroom design which is intended to evoke stability and timelessness but is in fact usually a temporary veil of luxury over a small piece of a construction site.<\/p>\n<p>BAM was eager to engage the client&#39;s ambitions to utilize shipping containers as a showroom architecture in this project. We developed the landscape design as a series of walls. Some are arched, and some are patterned, to create garden rooms that extend from the building. The landscape features a large reflection pool and aquatic plants which employ a graphic of circular elements arranged in grid modules. Through stacking and organizing an architectonic form from these containers, the classic showroom menu of programs can be neatly organized. It takes a great deal of bravery in the context of development to go so hard against the grain of the typical showroom design which is intended to evoke stability and timelessness but is in fact usually a temporary veil of luxury over a small piece of a construction site.<\/p>\n<p>BAM was eager to engage the client&#39;s ambitions to utilize shipping containers as a showroom architecture in this project.
