Afin de faire \u00e9voluer les employ\u00e9s vers un nouveau style et un nouvel espace de travail, nous avons imagin\u00e9 la meilleure disposition possible pour que les employ\u00e9s puissent se promener librement dans le bureau pour travailler ensemble et collaborer. En tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'architecture d'int\u00e9rieur, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'espace ad\u00e9quat pour que les concepteurs puissent \u00e9taler les dessins, les esquisses, les mat\u00e9riaux et les finitions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9clairage \u00e0 gradation et \u00e0 contr\u00f4le des couleurs et \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle. Working closely together with internal PM, Workplace Consulting, Design, Graphic & Signage, and Construction team, we started internal workplace surveys to hear real employees\u2019 voices. Based on the surveys, we reached the hybrid work concept and designed our office to create more open environment for all employees to communicate more freely. Due to the given base building floor plan which is very narrow and long widened, it prevented people to walk around the office to communicate from far end to the other side. There is a great canal view along window side; however, we couldn\u2019t enjoy the great view because the blinds are closed almost all the time. In order to change the mind of employees to the new workstyle and workspace, we came up with the best layout for the employees to freely walk around the office to work together and collaborate. As an interior design company, we created the suitable space for the designers to spread drawings, sketches, materials and finishes with the dimming and color control lighting system with natural light. We took this great opportunity to try out new things to experiment. We also aimed to implement sustainable design in our new office space. We designed millwork with the standard manufactured size and use the leftover materials after cut-out in order to reduce the amount of waste. We also searched and selected sustainable products such as eco-friendly products made from recycled plastic bottles and upholstery can be returned to soil. From the beginning of this project, we discussed how we can achieve our own sustainable goals. We tried to construct by ourselves as much as possible, so we can change easily according to the workstyle change in the future. We researched different materials which are environmentally friendly, easy to construct, flexible, yet sturdy. We came up with the conclusion of using pipe and plywood to configure different shape of millwork to suite our work style. We designed module of CUBE shape structured with pipes which can hang mesh panels and perforated board for material samples and tools. We can hang curtains to create meeting room. We also researched manufactured products such as LED light fixtures, furniture, and carpet and finishes, and selected the best fit for our office to achieve our sustainable goals.<br \/>\nThe design of the new office configures with seven different area types such as Caf\u00e9 Lounge, Gallery, Atelier, Book Library, Terrace, Meeting, and Epilogue.<br \/>\nCaf\u00e9 Lounge haws new gate to allow direct access to from reception for easy access, and we minimized our construction cost by keeping existing ceiling design, and jut added new lighting fixtures to change the atmosphere.<br \/>\nGallery is the place for publicity for our company with display area to share project completed photos and awards certificates to promote our company as well as supporting small seminar, presentations using benches to support regular business needs. Nous avons \u00e9galement recherch\u00e9 des produits manufactur\u00e9s tels que des luminaires \u00e0 LED, des meubles, des moquettes et des finitions, et avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 ceux qui conviennent le mieux \u00e0 notre bureau pour atteindre nos objectifs de durabilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa conception du nouveau bureau s'articule autour de sept types d'espaces diff\u00e9rents : Caf\u00e9 Lounge, Galerie, Atelier, Biblioth\u00e8que, Terrasse, R\u00e9union et Epilogue.<br \/>\nLe Caf\u00e9 Lounge est dot\u00e9 d'une nouvelle porte permettant un acc\u00e8s direct depuis la r\u00e9ception pour un acc\u00e8s facile, et nous avons minimis\u00e9 nos co\u00fbts de construction en conservant le plafond existant, et en ajoutant simplement de nouveaux luminaires pour changer l'atmosph\u00e8re.<br \/>\nLa galerie est le lieu de la publicit\u00e9 pour notre entreprise, avec une zone d'exposition pour partager les photos des projets termin\u00e9s et les certificats de r\u00e9compense pour promouvoir notre entreprise, ainsi que pour accueillir de petits s\u00e9minaires et des pr\u00e9sentations en utilisant des bancs pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins r\u00e9guliers des entreprises. Working closely together with our PM, Workplace Consulting, Design, Graphic & Signage, and Construction group, we started internal workplace surveys to hear real employees\u2019 voices. Based on the surveys, we designed our office to create more open environment for all employees to communicate more freely. Due to the given base building floor plate which is very narrow and long widened, it prevented people to walk around the office to communicate from far end to the other side. There is a great canal view along window side; however, we couldn\u2019t enjoy the great view because the blinds are closed almost all the time. In order to change the mind of employees to the new workstyle and workspace, we came up with the best layout for the employees to freely walk around the office to work together and collaborate. As an interior design company, we created the suitable space for the designers to spread drawings, sketches, materials and finishes with the dimming and color control lighting system with natural light. We took this great opportunity to try out new things to experiment. We also aimed to implement sustainable design in our new office space. We designed millwork with the standard manufactured size and use the leftover materials after cut-out in order to reduce the amount of waste. We also searched and selected sustainable products such as eco-friendly products made from recycled plastic bottles and upholstery can be returned to soil. Il y a une belle vue sur le canal du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la fen\u00eatre ; cependant, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette vue magnifique parce que les stores sont ferm\u00e9s presque tout le temps. Afin de faire \u00e9voluer les employ\u00e9s vers un nouveau style et un nouvel espace de travail, nous avons imagin\u00e9 la meilleure disposition possible pour que les employ\u00e9s puissent se promener librement dans le bureau pour travailler ensemble et collaborer. En tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'architecture d'int\u00e9rieur, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'espace ad\u00e9quat pour que les concepteurs puissent \u00e9taler les dessins, les esquisses, les mat\u00e9riaux et les finitions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9clairage \u00e0 gradation et \u00e0 contr\u00f4le des couleurs et \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle. Nous avons profit\u00e9 de cette occasion pour exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles choses. Nous avons \u00e9galement cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre une conception durable dans notre nouvel espace de bureaux. Nous avons con\u00e7u la menuiserie avec les dimensions standard de fabrication et utilis\u00e9 les mat\u00e9riaux restants apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9coupe afin de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets.
