L\u2019infrastructure de l\u2019ancienne piscine est conserv\u00e9e en y ajoutant un nouveau bassin dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de l\u2019ancien pour mettre \u00e0 profit le droit acquis. Le niveau est drastiquement rehauss\u00e9 pour s\u2019arrimer \u00e0 celui de la nouvelle r\u00e9sidence. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les murets de bois et de pierre qui le ceinturent s\u2019inspirent du langage architectural de la demeure pour cr\u00e9er un \u00e9cran. La conception des espaces de d\u00e9tente et de la cuisine d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, abrit\u00e9s par l\u2019impressionnante marquise de c\u00e8dre, d\u00e9voile tout le g\u00e9nie de l\u2019architecte paysagiste. Les \u00e9quipements haut de gamme s\u2019arriment \u00e0 l\u2019architecture tout en \u00e9l\u00e9gance et en fonctionnalit\u00e9.
