Faced with an issue linked to the lack of housing on its territory, the City commissioned Domus architecture+design urbain, which had produced an initial master plan for the Quartier Moco, to plan the Plan particulier d\u2019urbanisme (PPU) for the Moco sector.<\/p>\n<p>The planning of Quartier Moco proposes different real estate development parameters in order to create a coherent and cohesive whole from which emanates a development vision that ties together several social, economic and environmental issues. By imagining the neighborhood of tomorrow, we will be able to offer a sustainable and convivial living environment for all.
