Dans notre r\u00f4le de strat\u00e8ge d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de conseiller, une relation de confiance s\u2019est rapidement instaur\u00e9e, et un esprit de collaboration a pris racine. It involved not only redefining the layouts, but also establishing a strong visual identity that fully reflected their expertise, all the while ensuring the sustainability and longevity of the spaces created. At a time of uncertain and ever-increasing construction costs, design and technical decisions were of paramount importance to ensure that objectives were met. In our role as design strategist and advisor, a relationship of trust was quickly established, and a spirit of collaboration took root. We developed an innovative spatial concept based on principles such as openness, access to panoramic views, quality and the integration of technology.
