Le st\u00e9ricentre prend place au centre de l\u2019espace d\u00e9montrant l\u2019excellence technique et la transparence. Dans le but de pr\u00e9server la tranquillit\u00e9 de la zone patients, la zone active de la r\u00e9ception devait \u00eatre isol\u00e9e, tout en conservant la convivialit\u00e9 des lieux. Les zones sont s\u00e9par\u00e9es par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments architecturaux en bois ajour\u00e9 et des zones de verre pour assurer le calme des lieux. Il ne fallait cependant pas perdre de vue la zone enfants qui s\u2019int\u00e8gre parfaitement \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie spatiale. Ces effets de bo\u00eetes offrent \u00e9galement un r\u00e9confort.<\/p>\n<p>Par souci d\u2019\u00e9conomie et de performance, la vo\u00fbte excitante de l\u2019ancien am\u00e9nagement (banque) a \u00e9t\u00e9 convertie en salle de radiographie. Cette solution a permis d\u2019\u00e9conomiser des co\u00fbts et surtout d\u2019utiliser des \u00e9l\u00e9ments excitants de l\u2019environnement b\u00e2tit, puisque les compositions de mur de la vo\u00fbte correspondaient au niveau de contr\u00f4le d\u2019exposition des rayons x expos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La coordination avec l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur \u00e9tait un grand enjeu pour \u00e0 la fois respecter l\u2019esth\u00e9tisme voulu et le confort acoustique ainsi que le bien-\u00eatre thermique pour assurer une exp\u00e9rience positive compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>BIEN-\u00caTRE<br \/>\nLe projet met fortement l\u2019accent sur l\u2019inclusion de tous les types de clients, car une visite chez le dentiste peut \u00eatre une source significative de stress pour de nombreuses personnes. Afin de r\u00e9duire le bruit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les syst\u00e8mes de ventilation et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le confort, l\u2019approche technique a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un plafond acoustique. Les tuiles utilis\u00e9es sont hautement performantes et pr\u00e9sentent une texture qui ajoute du relief aux corridors longs et \u00e9troits. La pr\u00e9sence de la biophilie se manifeste \u00e0 travers les textures et les couleurs, nous rappelant la nature.<\/p>\n<p>MOBILIER &amp; ESTH\u00c9TISME<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9b\u00e9nisterie architecturale constitue le pivot central de notre d\u00e9marche conceptuelle. Les structures en bois d\u00e9limitent les zones des salles d\u2019attente, offrant des variations symboliques \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits. L\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux enfants adopte une volum\u00e9trie moderne \u00e9voquant subtilement une cabane, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un coin qui leur est sp\u00e9cialement r\u00e9serv\u00e9, sans n\u00e9cessiter d\u2019explications suppl\u00e9mentaires. L\u2019esth\u00e9tique du concept repose sur l\u2019utilisation habile de mat\u00e9riaux associant diff\u00e9rentes textures et une palette de couleurs chaleureuses. Les courbes contribuent \u00e0 instaurer une atmosph\u00e8re accueillante dans les lieux. Our initial intervention involved developing a spatial strategy integrating existing elements to ensure effective management of construction debris while staying within budget. Our approach, aligned with the clinic&rsquo;s mission, prioritizes inclusion, openness and occupant comfort. The spatial organization implemented focuses on accessibility and offers an easy understanding of the premises. Particular attention was paid to the reception area and the user journey, with a spacious reception area evoking a sense of availability from the moment of entry. In addition to patient comfort, we took into account the specific requests of staff, adapting each space to meet their needs. The overall concept supports the mission of inclusion, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all types of clientele.
