Lorsque ces salles ne sont pas en cours d\u2019utilisation, l\u2019\u00e9clairage passe en mode ultraviolet pour assurer l\u2019aseptisation et le contr\u00f4le de la propret\u00e9 des lieux. Cependant, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en coulisses est encore plus significative pour activit\u00e9s quotidiennes d\u2019un tel environnement. Pour la clinique Innovation, aucun compromis n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait : un espace \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie o\u00f9 les chirurgiens et le personnel m\u00e9dical exercent avec fiert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>FACTEURS HUMAINS<br \/>\nL\u2019exp\u00e9rience patient \u00e9tait au centre de la d\u00e9marche de planification et de la conception. Que le client visite la clinique pour une consultation, une intervention chirurgicale ou pour faire des achats dans la boutique, chaque d\u00e9tail a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement pens\u00e9 afin d\u2019offrir une exp\u00e9rience positive. Un aspect particuli\u00e8rement pris en compte est la confidentialit\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants pour la client\u00e8le visitant la clinique.<\/p>\n<p>SUCC\u00c8S<br \/>\nEn p\u00e9riode de conceptualisation, la qualit\u00e9 des designs, la mod\u00e9lisation 3D et les plans ont permis au client de bien comprendre et de visualiser son projet.<\/p>\n<p>En cours de r\u00e9alisation, toutes les parties impliqu\u00e9es ont travaill\u00e9 pour un objectif commun : assurer une qualit\u00e9 exemplaire. Outre les espaces cliniques et les bureaux de consultation, le d\u00e9fi majeur du projet r\u00e9sidait dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un bloc op\u00e9ratoire abritant deux salles d\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie ainsi qu\u2019une salle de r\u00e9veil. L\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019est assur\u00e9e d\u2019avoir au coeur de sa conception un programme tant fonctionnel que technique. De plus, le choix des mat\u00e9riaux s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019une importance cruciale, \u00e9tant implicitement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des lieux. Une symbiose entre formes courbes et lin\u00e9aires a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment choisie pour accentuer les axes de circulation et les points d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats. De plus, la strat\u00e9gie conceptuelle repose sur le jeu de contrastes de clairs-obscurs. Malgr\u00e9 ces contrastes, une atmosph\u00e8re empreinte de douceur et de bien-\u00eatre \u00e9mane des lieux.<\/p>\n","en":"<p>The mandate was to orchestrate the development of an aesthetic surgery and medical-aesthetic care clinic covering just over 10,000 square feet. The Innovation clinic took root in a new wood-frame building. Under the enlightened direction of V\u00e9ronique Chayer, the Folio Design team was able to create a path guided by comfort and confidentiality. In addition to the clinical spaces and consultation offices, the project&rsquo;s major challenge lay in integrating an operating suite housing two state-of-the-art operating rooms and a recovery room. The team ensured that both the functional and technical aspects were central to the design. In addition, the choice of materials was of crucial importance, being implicitly linked to the hygiene of the premises. A symbiosis of curved and linear forms was deliberately chosen to accentuate circulation axes and points of interest. In addition, the design strategy is based on the play of light-dark contrasts.
