La place la plus au nord est une cour paysag\u00e8re priv\u00e9e entour\u00e9e de six tours r\u00e9sidentielles ; la place centrale est une place commerciale en contrebas form\u00e9e par des tours r\u00e9sidentielles et des tours commerciales et des podiums ; et la place sud est une place culturelle entour\u00e9e de tours commerciales. Trois places avec des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes apportent des variations d&rsquo;espace et de stratification, et font conceptuellement \u00e9cho \u00e0 la disposition du temple Xiangji, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, qui pr\u00e9sente trois cours dans une s\u00e9quence continue.<\/p>\n<p>La conception met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019interp\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l\u2019architecture et de l\u2019architecture.<br \/>\nLa conception met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019interp\u00e9n\u00e9tration des blocs de construction et utilise des lignes verticales de teintes et de densit\u00e9s vari\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er une architecture \u00e9lanc\u00e9e et sculpturale, qui r\u00e9duit la largeur et le volume de la tour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet adopte un style de construction qui s\u2019inspire de l\u2019architecture de l\u2019\u00e9poque.<br \/>\nLe projet adopte une forme architecturale moderne et concise et des mat\u00e9riaux muraux ext\u00e9rieurs de couleur unie. The northernmost square is a private landscape courtyard enclosed by six residential towers; the central one is a sunken commercial square formed by residential towers and commercial towers and podiums; and the south one is a cultural plaza surrounded by commercial towers. Three squares with different functions bring variations of space and layering, and conceptually echo the layout of the nearby Xiangji Temple that features three courtyards in a continuous sequence.<\/p>\n<p>The design highlights the interpenetration of building blocks, and makes use of vertical lines of varied hues and density to craft a slender and sculptural architecture, which reduces the width and volume of the tower.<\/p>\n<p>The project adopts a modern and concise architectural form and plain-colored exterior wall materials. The facade of the Gallery Street in a human scale creates a more \u201chumanistic\u201d interface in contrast to the towers\u2019 tough facades, and meanwhile contrasts, echoes and complements with the historical elements such as the cornices, Dougong (a bracket system) and quaint colors of the Xiangji Temple across the urban road.<\/p>\n<p>The project is a group of sophisticated modernist buildings. From the minimalist hidden-frame curtain walls to the modern decorative vertical lines, the cantilevered transparent glass boxes featuring a sense of technology, and the emerging materials such as Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC), all these architectural elements are combined distinctly, delicately and harmoniously, which allows for the integration of modernism and traditional architecture.<\/p>\n<p>With consideration of sustainability, natural materials were rejected even for the large-scale outdoor pavements.
