La zone ATELIER (pour les bureaux et le travail intensif) utilise la couleur commune de la marque \u201cKAITEKI BLUE\u201d pour cr\u00e9er un sentiment d\u2019unit\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019espace de travail d\u2019une seule \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous avons con\u00e7u le th\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9tage, nous avons pris en compte toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pour qu\u2019elles se sentent \u00e0 l\u2019aise et heureuses avec le th\u00e8me propos\u00e9. Nous nous sommes inspir\u00e9s de la th\u00e9orie des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments : la terre, l\u2019eau, le feu, l\u2019air et l\u2019espace, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 et le bonheur sur le lieu de travail. Le th\u00e8me de chaque \u00e9tage est bas\u00e9 sur ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments : La mer, le sol, la for\u00eat, le ciel, le lever du soleil et la terre. Chaque \u00e9tage a un sch\u00e9ma de couleurs diff\u00e9rent pour chaque th\u00e8me, ainsi que la couleur commune de la marque, le BLEU KAITEKI. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une raison pour que les employ\u00e9s visitent les autres \u00e9tages, et qu\u2019ils puissent appr\u00e9cier et exp\u00e9rimenter les diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes et permettre l\u2019interaction entre l\u2019homme et la nature.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la grande surface, nous avons con\u00e7u l\u2019ajout de couleurs, de persiennes en bois et de luminaires suspendus au plafond pour chaque th\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9tage afin d\u2019attirer les regards. The TERRACE area, locating at the corner, is for collaboration supporting the Activity Based Working space, caf\u00e9 and pantry, refresh and relax, team project, and seminar and events. The ATELIER area supports intensive work, teamwork space, meeting, and utility. These two areas transform their traditional office into an innovative and fully agile workspace to serve a next-generation workplace experience.<\/p>\n<p>While we developed the floor plans, we linked to the theme of each floor. For example, the theme of 15<sup>th<\/sup> floor is Forest, and we imagined people walking in the mountains. Using a walking path in the mountains as a motif for the flow plan, the space is composed of paths originating from the main flow line to<\/p>\n<p>provide access to each function. The space is designed to create a scene like a picnic or working under a tree, and is liberating, yet clearly divided into distinct areas. This offers a new way of workplace experience which employees can sense.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We considered sustainable design by using fabrics that return to soil and chairs made from recycled plastic bottles. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une raison pour que les employ\u00e9s visitent les autres \u00e9tages, et qu\u2019ils puissent appr\u00e9cier et exp\u00e9rimenter les diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes et permettre l\u2019interaction entre l\u2019homme et la nature.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la grande surface, nous avons con\u00e7u l\u2019ajout de couleurs, de persiennes en bois et de luminaires suspendus au plafond pour chaque th\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9tage afin d\u2019attirer les regards. The design concept is \u201cKAITEKI PLANET\u201d, reflecting the client\u2019s company vision, which expresses comfortable work environment using different nature elements on the earth.<\/p>\n<p>TERRACE area (for ABW and collaboration) is designed based on each floor theme: Sea, Ground, Forest, Sky, Sunrise and Earth. Each floor has different color scheme per theme. ATELIER area (for work desks and intensive work) uses common brand color \u201cKAITEKI BLUE\u201d to create sense of unity as single team workspace.<\/p>\n<p>When we designed the floor theme, we considered all generations to feel comfortable and happy with our proposed theme. We took the five elements theory: earth, water, fire, air, and space to achieve greater health and happiness in the workplace. The theme of each floor is based on those elements: Sea, Ground, Forest, Sky, Sunrise and Earth. Each floor has different color scheme per theme along with the common brand color KAITEKI BLUE. We created the reason why the employees to visit other floors, and they can enjoy and experience the different theme and enables interaction between man and man and nature.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the large floor plate, we designed to add some colors, wooden louvers, and pendant lighting fixtures in the ceiling per each floor theme to attract people\u2019s eyes.
