Notre projet donne vie \u00e0 un espace portant un autre regard sur le monde : la mer bleue baigne la vision dans son ensemble, comme si on se mettait \u00e0 dialoguer avec la mer. Le corps du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 sur un rocher, faisant face \u00e0 la mer. Occupant environ 500 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, le projet est divis\u00e9 en trois zones principales, incluant un restaurant ext\u00e9rieur, une salle \u00e0 manger en contrebas et un espace int\u00e9rieur. Ainsi, les espaces int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs ne sont pas obstru\u00e9s, ce qui permet d\u2019avoir une excellente vue sur le paysage. La couleur sombre de la fa\u00e7ade et les mat\u00e9riaux de la structure permettent d\u2019harmoniser le volume du projet avec le paysage naturel environnant.<\/p>\n<p>La zone centrale du projet faisant face \u00e0 la mer, est entour\u00e9e de montagnes et de for\u00eats et est adjacente \u00e0 la place Xinghai et au zoo de la for\u00eat, les plus grandes places publiques d\u2019Asie. Ce complexe vise \u00e0 devenir un lieu de loisirs en plein air v\u00e9ritablement haut de gamme, faisant partie de l\u2019image de marque de Dalian.<\/p>\n<p>Entre le virtuel et le r\u00e9el, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et l\u2019illusion, deux espaces compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s. Notre projet donne vie \u00e0 un espace portant un autre regard sur le monde : la mer bleue baigne la vision dans son ensemble, comme si on se mettait \u00e0 dialoguer avec la mer. Blottis tout contre la for\u00eat, alors que la mer agit\u00e9e manifeste calme et rythme.<\/p>\n<p>Le bar en forme de L est situ\u00e9 au centre d\u2019un espace carr\u00e9 et est orient\u00e9 vers la mer. Nous souhaitons que ce lieu fasse en sorte que chaque invit\u00e9 puisse faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la puissance et de la chaleur de cette proximit\u00e9 avec la mer. Nous esp\u00e9rons que l\u2019\u00e9clairage LED de nuit pourra remplacer la lumi\u00e8re naturelle et conf\u00e9rer une nouvelle atmosph\u00e8re au projet.<\/p>\n<p>Souhaitant satisfaire aux conditions minimales d\u2019un \u00e9clairage fonctionnel, nous avons utilis\u00e9 un \u00e9clairage d\u2019ambiance, l\u2019illumination des installations et divers jeux de sc\u00e8nes afin d\u2019\u00e9toffer le design d\u2019\u00e9clairage dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>La texture g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019emploi d\u2019un sol en pierre apparente aide \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un peu de calme et de retenue \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la logique de l\u2019architecture dans son ensemble \u2013 ce qui permet de relier la nature avec cette notion d\u2019ordre spatial rationnel afin de favoriser une coexistence perceptuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Un mur paysager en marbre noir a \u00e9t\u00e9 implant\u00e9e proche de l\u2019entr\u00e9e du site afin de cr\u00e9er un contraste entre la compression de l\u2019entr\u00e9e et la vastitude de la mer, cr\u00e9ant une impression d\u2019illumination inattendue. <\/p>\n<p>Tout ce travail se base sur une composition spatiale simple et riche, artificielle mais naturelle. Une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pierres et de m\u00e9taux a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9e, des espaces plus envelopp\u00e9s configur\u00e9s, des tables et des chaises en acier miroir et des lampes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispos\u00e9es comme si un coup de vent avait d\u00e9plac\u00e9 le tout.<\/p>\n<p>La sculpture en forme de \u00ab Parapluie d\u2019or \u00bb brise la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019espace et vient se fondre dans la mise en forme d\u2019un espace romantique et doux. <\/p>\n","en":"<p>Located in Dalian, close to Jinsha Beach, Binhai Road bar is the only restaurant surrounded by a forest that has been established on the coast of this municipality. We took advantage of the beauty of this environment to create a new restaurant concept in the middle of a forest. <\/p>\n<p>We tried to generate a new perception of the intertwining of ecology and commerce. The bar and restaurant offer a charming vantage point for pedestrians venturing along the beach. The body of the project was placed on a rock, facing the sea. Occupying approximately 500 square meters, the project is divided into three main areas, including an outdoor restaurant, a sunken dining room and an indoor space. Thus, the interior and exterior spaces are unobstructed, allowing for an excellent view of the landscape. The dark color of the facade and the materials of the structure allow the volume of the project to harmonize with the surrounding natural landscape.<\/p>\n<p>The central area of the project facing the sea is surrounded by mountains and forests and is adjacent to Xinghai Square and Forest Zoo, the largest public squares in Asia. The complex aims to become a truly high-end outdoor leisure venue, part of Dalian\u2019s brand image.<\/p>\n<p>Between virtual and real, reality and illusion, two completely different spaces have been created. Our project brings to life a space with a different view of the world: the blue sea bathes the entire vision, as if we were having a dialogue with the sea. Nestled against the forest, while the restless sea shows calm and rhythm.<\/p>\n<p>The L-shaped bar is located in the center of a square space and is oriented towards the sea. We want this place to ensure that every guest can experience the power and warmth of this proximity to the sea. We hope that LED lighting at night can replace the natural light and give a new atmosphere to the project.<\/p>\n<p>In order to meet the minimum requirements of functional lighting, we used ambient lighting, facility illumination and various scene sets to flesh out the overall lighting design.<\/p>\n<p>The texture generated by the use of an exposed stone floor helps to create a sense of calm and restraint \u2013 much like the logic of the architecture as a whole \u2013 which helps to connect nature with this notion of rational spatial order in order to foster a perceptual coexistence.<\/p>\n<p>A black marble landscape wall has been implanted near the entrance of the site to create a contrast between the compression of the entrance and the vastness of the sea, creating an unexpected impression of illumination. <\/p>\n<p>All this work is based on a simple and rich spatial composition, artificial but natural.
