En qualit\u00e9 de site d\u2019ancrage de la ville de Zhuhai, cet emplacement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une situation g\u00e9ographique unique et d\u2019avantages multiples en mati\u00e8re de ressources urbaines. Ce projet est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;intersection de Zhuhai et de Macao, implant\u00e9 \u00e0 deux pas du pont Qianshan Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao, donnant sur le paysage urbain de l&#8217;\u00eele de Macao au sud-est. Le bureau occupe tout un \u00e9tage de cet immeuble en hauteur, ce qui permet au champ visuel d\u2019atteindre les 360 degr\u00e9s avec une vision unique du paysage et de bonnes conditions d&#8217;\u00e9clairage. L&#8217;impression vibrante de la ville, les montagnes ondulantes, le rythme de la rivi\u00e8re et les autres paysages culturels et naturels embl\u00e9matiques de la r\u00e9gion de la baie sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au projet. Cette id\u00e9e de modulation et d\u2019int\u00e9gration au paysage environnant a \u00e9t\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable source d\u2019inspiration pour le concepteur du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9marche esth\u00e9tique de type moderniste, les formes curvilignes poss\u00e8dent un pouvoir \u00e9motionnel g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de la fluidit\u00e9; une astuce qui permet de contourner les formes trop rectilignes. Ces formes curvilignes g\u00e9n\u00e8rent, dans leur continuum, une certaine tension, de la fusion et un esprit de libert\u00e9. Permettant d\u2019infuser une bonne dose d\u2019imagination aux b\u00e2timents concern\u00e9s, cette approche n\u00e9cessite n\u00e9anmoins un processus de mod\u00e9lisation et de mise en \u0153uvre technique des formes curvilignes qui impose des exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de conception et de construction. Ne se laissant pas arr\u00eater par les contraintes techniques, le designer poursuit son exploration des limites de la structure et de la mod\u00e9lisation et n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 rompre la composition verticale de l&#8217;espace. Sur une base esth\u00e9tique, le designer a model\u00e9 une \u00ab nouvelle interface \u00bb \u00e0 m\u00eame la ligne d&#8217;horizon de la ville avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments curvilignes audacieux.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau des espaces de bureaux, la section la plus attrayante est, sans conteste, l\u2019atrium \u00ab roadshow hall \u00bb qui contribue \u00e0 brosser cette esth\u00e9tique curviligne devenant le symbole iconique du projet. Le designer a fait montre d\u2019un grand professionnalisme au niveau de la mod\u00e9lisation des surfaces am\u00e9nag\u00e9es, utilisant les courbes afin de r\u00e9aliser une \u00ab segmentation flexible \u00bb de la fonction spatiale dans son ensemble. Remodelant la relation spatiale entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments du programme, ce dernier a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une v\u00e9ritable \u00ab sculpture spatiale \u00bb qui poss\u00e8de un impact visuel ind\u00e9niable. Le sol couvert d\u2019une moquette fonc\u00e9e, le mur en bois clair et les surfaces peintes en latex blanc forment un contraste de lumi\u00e8re et de profondeur, sans oublier la forme curviligne des \u00e9l\u00e9ments ultramodernes qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent en spirale, tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une forme de dialogue moderniste qui baigne sous une source lumineuse \u00e9toil\u00e9e et une ceinture de lampes.<\/p>\n<p>Prenant en compte les exigences fonctionnelles du propri\u00e9taire, le concepteur a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un concept de bureau flexible, mobile et \u00e9cologique. En organisant les fonctions de l&#8217;espace gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une structure hi\u00e9rarchique claire \u2013 permettant de passer librement d&#8217;un espace ouvert \u00e0 un espace ferm\u00e9, d&#8217;un mode d&#8217;activit\u00e9 individuel \u00e0 un mode d&#8217;activit\u00e9 de groupe \u2013 le concepteur souhaite modeler des espaces de bureaux qui tiennent compte des besoins vitaux de leurs occupants.<\/p>\n","en":"<p>Stream Office is located in the belly of the Great Bay, which is a new business hotspot for the western shore of this Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region. As the anchor site of Zhuhai City, this location enjoys a unique geographical position and multiple advantages in urban resources. This project is located at the intersection of Zhuhai and Macau, just a stone&#8217;s throw from the Qianshan Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, overlooking the urban landscape of Macau Island to the southeast. The office occupies an entire floor of this high-rise building, allowing the visual field to reach 360 degrees with a unique view of the landscape and good lighting conditions. The vibrant feel of the city, the rolling mountains, the rhythm of the river, and other iconic cultural and natural landscapes of the Bay Area are incorporated into the project. This idea of modulation and integration with the surrounding landscape was a true inspiration for the project designer.<\/p>\n<p>In a modernist aesthetic, curvilinear forms have an emotional power to generate fluidity; a trick to bypass forms that are too rectilinear. These curvilinear forms generate, in their continuum, a certain tension, fusion and a spirit of freedom. While this approach infuses a good dose of imagination into the buildings involved, it requires a process of modeling and technical implementation of curvilinear forms that places high demands on design and construction. Not letting technical constraints stop him, the designer continues to explore the limits of structure and modeling and does not hesitate to break the vertical composition of the space. On an aesthetic basis, the designer has modeled a &#8220;new interface&#8221; right on the city skyline with bold curvilinear elements.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of office spaces, the most attractive section is undoubtedly the roadshow hall atrium, which contributes to this curvilinear aesthetic becoming the iconic symbol of the project. The designer has shown great professionalism in modeling the landscaped surfaces, using curves to achieve a &#8220;flexible segmentation&#8221; of the overall spatial function. Reshaping the spatial relationship between the different elements of the program, he succeeded in creating a true &#8220;spatial sculpture&#8221; that has an undeniable visual impact.
