Comportant 381 unit\u00e9s locatives et 24 chambres de soins, le projet poss\u00e8de de g\u00e9n\u00e9reux espaces communs r\u00e9partis sur 2 \u00e9tages afin d\u2019offrir tous les services et commodit\u00e9s qui animent habituellement de tels \u00e9tablissements. Parmi les plus notoires, notons une piscine, des all\u00e9es de quilles, un bar sportif, une grande salle \u00e0 manger, un bistro, une salle de cin\u00e9ma, un secteur bien-\u00eatre avec soins personnels, un secteur sant\u00e9 avec des bureaux de consultation de m\u00eame que plusieurs salons.
