Ancienne maison de ferme des 18e et 19e si\u00e8cles, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 convertie aujourd\u2019hui en lieu d\u2019activit\u00e9s culturelles. En 2018, Vlan est mandat\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser les \u00e9tudes paysag\u00e8res et patrimoniales ayant servi \u00e0 formuler les orientations d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une esquisse d\u2019am\u00e9nagement, dans le respect des caract\u00e9ristiques naturelles et historiques du site. En 2019, Vlan proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du projet avec la Ville, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 en octobre 2021.<br \/>\nLe projet se caract\u00e9rise par une approche minimale compos\u00e9e d\u2019interventions fines, d\u00e9licates et interpr\u00e9tatives, d\u2019un paysage patrimonial agricole effac\u00e9 par le temps.
