station hivernale dans Montr\u00e9al-Nord, \u00e0 l\u2019angle de l\u2019avenue Charleroi et de la rue l\u2019Archev\u00eaque. Une oasis de lumi\u00e8re dans le sombre de l\u2019hiver. Un \u00eelot de chaleur dans la froidure insulaire. Un mirage de village semblant flotter, s\u2019\u00e9lever au-dessus de la m\u00eal\u00e9e. Clin d\u2019\u0153il po\u00e9tique au confinement et \u00e0 la distanciation, Photophore r\u00e9chauffe les c\u0153urs en faisant tomber les murs. Redessinant le vivre ensemble, il trace les contours d\u2019un nouvel espace \u00e0 habiter. Au c\u0153ur de l\u2019hiver appara\u00eet une nouvelle saison; un lieu de r\u00e9pit o\u00f9 se rencontrer. S\u2019exprimant par son \u00e9chelle architecturale, le projet s\u2019int\u00e8gre au paysage en proposant deux grands volumes aux formes pures, qui semblent flotter gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de grandes parois miroir refl\u00e9tant le contexte urbain de l\u2019avenue Charleroi, en amplifiant son activit\u00e9. Dispos\u00e9 en avant plan du terrain vacant, Photophore engage directement un dialogue entre son \u00e9chelle et les passants, qui s\u2019interpellent par les jeux de lumi\u00e8res projet\u00e9s par les volumes lumineux. Cette lumi\u00e8re, cr\u00e9\u00e9e au c\u0153ur des modules, est diffus\u00e9e par des perforations graphiques qui piquent la curiosit\u00e9, stimulent la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et offrent un moment de contemplation par le parcours du faisceau \u00e0 travers le miroir. With a subtle wink to the covid confinement regulations, Photophore attempts to break down the walls by warming our hearts. Expressed by its architectural scale, the project integrates itself into the landscape by proposing two large volumes with pure forms, which seem to float thanks to large mirror walls reflecting the urban context of the Avenue Charleroi, amplifying its activity. Placed in the foreground of the vacant lot, Photophore directly engages a dialogue between its scale and the passers-by, who are challenged by the play of lights projected by the luminous volumes. This light, created at the heart of the modules, is diffused by graphic perforations that pique curiosity, stimulate creativity, and offer a moment of contemplation through the path of the beam through the mirror.
