This sales office was designed to showcase the Victoria sur le Parc residential tower by developer Broccolini. Surrounded by curtain walls on three sides, it is a pavilion bathed in light. Its interior is designed to convey the sense of grandeur associated with the project. An extra-high ceiling; noble materials such as marble and wood with bronze details; a strong gesture by the curved partition which serves as a backdrop for a giant screen that presents images of the development: no effort is spared to seduce potential buyers and to draw their attention toward the mock-up and representaions of the tower. Ceiling banners direct the gaze toward important focal points, while the smart use of lighting and a touch of whimsy liven up the premises. Practical functions such as the model apartment and the sample room are set back so as not to dilute the desired effect.<\/p>\n
The jury was impressed by the quality of this pavilion, which, because it offers clients a concrete step toward the realization of their expectations and aspirations, is an effective marketing tool.
