Saucier+Perrotte architectes\u2019s solution? To articulate a circulation plan designed as a tree. Firmly rooted in nature, the tree becomes the image around which the eight-storey offices are rethought. A central staircase leads to the various common spaces such as the library, the lawyers and employees lounges and the kitchenette. Between pathways and workspaces, a series of informal places promote spontaneous meetings, teamwork and brainstorming sessions. On the top floor, a modern and minimalist conference room and prestigious client lounge host official firm meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Prestigious materials such as marble and wood floors as well as a precise and linear lighting plan showcase the profession\u2019s nobility and remind us of the \u201950s minimalism.
