The team from TBA \/ Thomas Balaban Architecte who had carte blanche for the design of spa <span style=\"font-style: italic\">Le Saint- Jude<\/span>, has once more eschewed symbolic pitfalls while retaining the building\u2019s heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The structure\u2019s height allows for a play of volume, at times vertiginous, at times intimate. The transition to its new interior personality is carried through smoothly, with natural light pouring through the original windows.<\/p>\n<p>Textures, as well as spaces are used to illustrate the various activities: for the exercise room and the reception area transparent or tinted glass, clear lines and bright lighting. For intimate relaxation spaces, semi-translucent partitions, cozy lighting and an immaculate cocoon. In the hamman, the steam diffuses light through the lush green room of dark mosaic walls.
