Occupying 10 000 square feet, Les 5 Saisons required an investment of $ 6.7 million dollars. The key goal was to deploy the food products in a setting that enhances their freshness, quality and provenance. Oscillating between clean contemporary and rustic organic, the design revisits with gusto the atmosphere of old markets.<\/p>\n<p>Based on what we know of grocery stores, the jury concluded that the project realized by Pappas Design Studio, stands out from the usual concepts, especially with the quality of the shopping experience it created.
