Pour marquer la progression et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, la compagnie se devait de relocaliser et d\u2019agrandir son actuel centre de production \u2013 La Fabrique des Filles \u2013 afin d\u2019y centraliser ses activit\u00e9s de conception. Ce changement permet \u00e0 cette derni\u00e8re d\u2019avoir une plus grande superficie de production des divers produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de la lavande.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sireux d\u2019offrir \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s un espace de travail ax\u00e9 sur le bien-\u00eatre, la proposition d\u2019un cadre de travail tourn\u00e9 vers la nature allait de soi. La nouvelle usine prend place dans un quartier industriel et comme l\u2019\u00e9quipe quittait un milieu rural bucolique, il \u00e9tait important de mettre de l\u2019avant le lien avec la nature par la mise en place d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments connecteurs naturels au sein de leur nouvel environnement de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le mandat de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur, sa mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue au sein du secteur administratif a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019agence de design d\u2019int\u00e9rieur Issastudio, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en en design biophilique. Pour sa part, le volet architectural et la gestion de chantier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en charge par Syscomax. La signature visuelle du b\u00e2timent, sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e par Syscomax, se veut un bel ensemble de lignes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques d\u00e9finies m\u00e9langeant l\u2019allure champ\u00eatre et scandinave tout en faisant \u00e9cho au logo de la compagnie.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 aux designers de concevoir un am\u00e9nagement et un concept esth\u00e9tique durable, accueillant et rassembleur sans toutefois reprendre les codes esth\u00e9tiques ruraux associ\u00e9s \u00e0 La Maison Lavande. En outre, la nature a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 pour la famille de Maison Lavande d\u2019une grande importance et une source d\u2019inspiration. Pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe design, il \u00e9tait important d\u2019inclure la nature par ses formes et par ses couleurs au sein du projet. Par cette approche, le d\u00e9fi design \u00e9tait de concevoir un environnement envo\u00fbtant, mettant en valeur l\u2019architecture du lieu, une identit\u00e9 singuli\u00e8re et un environnement naturel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle humaine.<\/p>\n<p>Les espaces de travail sont pens\u00e9s pour favoriser la collaboration et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, avec des zones ouvertes et lumineuses propices aux \u00e9changes et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation. Les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour leur durabilit\u00e9 et leur aspect esth\u00e9tique, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un environnement \u00e0 la fois fonctionnel et agr\u00e9able. Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments biophiliques sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019architecture. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments contribuent \u00e0 instaurer une connexion profonde avec la nature. De plus, l\u2019ergonomie est au c\u0153ur de la conception des espaces, avec des postes de travail confortables et adapt\u00e9s aux besoins de chacun. To mark the company\u2019s progress and continuity, it needed to relocate and expand its current production center \u2013 La Fabrique des Filles \u2013 to centralize its design activities. This change provides the company with a larger production area for its various lavender-derived products.<\/p>\n<p>The mandate for the interior design of the administrative area was entrusted to ISSASTUDIO, an agency specializing in biophilic design, a design that enables us to benefit from daily interactions with nature, and thus fulfill this otherwise all-too-frequent need for connection.<\/p>\n<p>The designers were asked to design a sustainable, welcoming and unifying layout and aesthetic concept without, however, adopting the rural aesthetic codes associated with La Maison Lavande\u2019s businesses. Moreover, nature has always been of great importance and inspiration to the Maison Lavande family. For the design team, it was important to include nature\u2019s shapes and colors within the project. Through this approach, the design challenge was to conceive an enchanting environment, highlighting the architecture of the place, to create a singular identity and a natural environment on a human scale.<\/p>\n<p>The workspaces are designed to encourage collaboration and creativity, with open, bright areas conducive to exchange and innovation. The materials used in the interior design are selected for their durability and aesthetic appeal, creating an environment that is both functional and pleasant. Biophilic elements are integrated into the architecture. These elements help to establish a deep connection with nature. Ergonomics are also at the heart of the design, with comfortable workstations adapted to individual needs.
