Reimagining their interior build, one typology of case rooms was created to support neurodiversity, accessibility, and generate creative solutions to client problems.<\/p>\n<p>BCG and its people required their new space to allow people to come together to innovate, increase productivity and improve culture, and propel BCG Canada and its business leaders forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BCG wanted a space to drive collisions and connections, and our team designed a memorable work environment that helps rebuild social capital with an iconic three-story atrium which fosters belonging. The daylight-filled atrium connects reception and caf\u00e9 spaces and is the heart of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>BCG wanted to highlight their mission through thoughtful experiential installations that emphasize the organization\u2019s DNA and brand to unite employees and clients alike. To achieve this, our team designed a feature timeline wall constructed of wood veneer, with physical and digital signage that showcase years of BCG collateral turned into a dynamic display to celebrate their past and future. The brand elements immerse employees and visitors in BCG\u2019s rich Canadian history. Digital and physical installations were integrated to instill pride of place and connect staff to the past and future possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Elements of hospitality design create moments of delight that nurture a sense of ease as people experience the space. The curated art, objects, and greenery within the space come from diverse Canadian artists and vendors. Rich materials and furniture were chosen to provide the comforts of home with ergonomics in mind. Layered wood tones, hand troweled plaster, textured brick veneer, and leather wrapped pulls offer moments of tactile connection to authentic materials.
