Currently living abroad with extended family in Montreal, the family wanted to reconnect with nature, surrounded by loved ones, when they visited the province. The Charlevoix region was chosen for its generous nature, offering the family a marine and mountain environment, numerous sporting activities and rich local produce. The couple chose to settle at Terrasses Cap-\u00e0-l\u2019Aigle, developed on a mountainside facing the St. Lawrence. The site boasts community facilities such as a swimming pool, reception hall and hiking trails. Lot 310 was chosen as part of the subdivision study included in the mandate. This last lot, the highest in elevation, rather narrow facing the river, heavily wooded and of great depth, best reflects the client\u2019s objectives.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>LOCATION STRATEGY<\/p>\n<p>Location poses a number of challenges, such as balancing quietude and a sense of community with other second homes, as well as that between the broad panoramas of the St. Lawrence and the intimacy of the boreal forest.
