The old offices, covering the entire 14th floor, needed to be halved in size, while ensuring a clever division between private office space (employees) and the conference and training area (open to members), without sacrificing the conviviality of the space. Our aim was to create a welcoming and flexible environment.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention was paid to circulation to ensure optimum fluidity. Each zone was designed to transform into a functional workspace. For example, the dining room has been fitted out with large tables connected to electricity, offering a place conducive to work. Space reservation technology was integrated for efficient use of the various spaces. The conference area was deliberately positioned close to the reception area, away from the office spaces, to minimize noise and promote concentration. The offices, meanwhile, were preserved as a quiet, comfortable space for concentration tasks.<br \/>\nIn the interests of creativity, we adopted curved forms, arranged in a dynamic way to breathe a convivial atmosphere into the workspace. In line with the customer&#8217;s wishes, we moved away from the traditional strict office by opting for a palette of bright, comforting colors, interspersed with vibrant touches. A door and glass partitions establish a boundary while letting in natural light, creating an open, fluid atmosphere from the moment of arrival. Responding to specific customer needs, the design offers flexible spaces for conferences or internal meetings, with furniture that is height-adjustable and easy to move around. The aim is to create a variety of workspaces where comfort reigns, reflecting a warm atmosphere.<br \/>\nThis subtle balance between functional separation and visual openness defines our project as a realization combining flexibility and comfort, adapted to the changing needs of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agr\u00e9\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>WELL-BEING<br \/>\nTo ensure the project&#8217;s success, occupant well-being was central to the decision-making process. Access to natural light and views for all was inevitable: the space is bright and rejuvenating.<br \/>\nNew height-adjustable workstations, divided into small groups to ensure a quiet environment, make this space a success. The integration of a sound masking system and a high-performance telephone booth ensures acoustic comfort.<\/p>\n<p>FURNITURE &#038; AESTHETICS<br \/>\nEach workspace has been meticulously designed to meet diverse needs, with height adjustments for customized ergonomics. Our team has created a variety of zones, suitable for different types of meetings.<br \/>\nThe kitchen, open and collaborative, encourages creativity. The meeting rooms, equipped for conference calls, offer a setting conducive to concentration. The lounge, warm and inviting, encourages collaboration and a sense of belonging. Isolated booths are ideal for discreet calls, a much-appreciated technological feature. Comfortable, colorful furniture creates a lively, welcoming environment. This project embodies the perfect balance between functionality, comfort and dynamic aesthetics, offering a versatile and inspiring workspace for all. Like a work of art, the initial backdrop is white, sprinkled with colors and textures that give the space a distinctive personality. Warm and cool hues coexist, a bright natural luminosity permeates the whole, and the color black is carefully avoided wherever possible to let the space breathe and highlight the bright colors and vegetation. All the elements of the project serve the functional objective while drawing on design.<\/p>\n<p>LIGHTING<br \/>\nAs the Order&#8217;s former space was outdated, it was necessary to make users forget all existing landmarks and offer a completely refurbished environment. The general lighting systems were redesigned, incorporating high energy-saving and performance standards. For the kitchen area, more dynamic, circular LED lighting accentuates the curved shapes. Vinyl flooring, both highly acoustic and easy to maintain, is used in the reception, kitchen and circulation areas. The warmth of the wood texture contributes to the success of this bold approach. By skilfully combining blue, pink and yellow, the different areas of the design stand out in a coherent and distinctive whole. Boldness stands out, pushing aside the conventions of black and white spaces, making this project truly unique!<\/p>\n<p>COLORS<br \/>\nIn this blank canvas space, the bold use of vibrant colors and carefully selected textures plays a crucial role in evoking a distinctive personality. Judiciously distributed bursts of vivid color act as artistic touches that enliven the neutral environment. This fundamental value at the Order is manifested even in the allocation of offices, operating with a reservation system, even for executives. This approach fosters a positive experience for employees, who feel a real sense of equality within their company.<\/p>\n<p>SUCCESS<br \/>\nDuring the conceptualization period, the quality of the design, 3D modeling and plans enabled the customer to fully understand and visualize his project. The accuracy of the 3D perspectives enabled the customer to fully assimilate the ideas and applications of the proposed materiality. The accuracy of the technical drawings and the attention to detail in the plans and specifications are a guarantee of exemplary quality for Folio Design. Our projects are completed with few change orders and site instructions, and the accuracy of the plans avoids many questions and additional costs. This gives us greater control over the financial side of the project.
