L\u2019int\u00e9rieur est r\u00e9imagin\u00e9 avec des formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, des mat\u00e9riaux naturels et des d\u00e9tails artisanaux, permettant les couleurs et les textures de la cuisine d\u2019\u00eatre mis de l\u2019avant et de cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience sensorielle. Dans la Salle \u00e0 Manger, les clients entrent dans un environnement intime et feutr\u00e9. Au comptoir du bar, chaque si\u00e8ge est dot\u00e9 de son propre pendentif en pierre de lave (design de David Pompa).
