marque renouvel\u00e9e et distinctive.<\/p>\n","en":"<p>Trans-Canada Capital (TCC), is a firm offering investment strategies to its clients, for nearly 15 years now.<\/p>\n<p>TCC boasts Air Canada among its clients; managing its pension fund assets with undeniable success.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TCC sees the need at the dawn of 2022 to expand its existing offices, located on the 20<sup>th<\/sup> floor of the Bell Tower, on McGill College Avenue in downtown Montreal.<\/p>\n<p>Artesa was pleased to be entrusted with the design of this expansion, occurring through the acquisition of two adjacent vacant suites.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, TCC is now the sole occupant of their floor \u2013 its enlarged and renovated offices now spread over nearly 18,000 sq.ft.<\/p>\n<p>While this project could have been limited to extending existing concepts and furniture, TCC wanted several changes to streamline\/enhance its existing spaces:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open workstations arranged along glazed exterior walls, while closed offices, meeting rooms and other more utilitarian partitioned spaces, arranged in the center;<\/li>\n<li>New playful collaborative work zones; arranged between open workstation zones, made up of modular furniture and curved by functional\/decorative bay windows;<\/li>\n<li>New individual booths; for employee communications in open workstations;<\/li>\n<li>New collaborative benches \u2013 sophisticated, bespoke concept; for meeting there as in a play area;<\/li>\n<li>Existing reception area reconfigured and enhanced: new modular waiting furniture, signage and wall imagery \u2013 corporate graphics exclusive to TCC and designed by Artesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Artesa had the privilege, with the appreciated collaboration of Air Canada and engineering firms, to participate in the design of this project; offering TCC coherent and dynamic layouts, a sober and sophisticated ambiance, a renewed and distinctive brand
