Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des Religieuses hospitali\u00e8res de Saint-Joseph, l\u2019immeuble est con\u00e7u comme magasin-entrep\u00f4t, usage qu\u2019il conservera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa conversion en immeuble de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle en 1975.<\/p>\n<p><u>Concept<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le logement de 135 m\u00b2 est situ\u00e9 au dernier \u00e9tage de l\u2019immeuble et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 une terrasse priv\u00e9e sur le toit offrant une vue \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s, sans vis-\u00e0-vis, vers le Vieux-Port et le fleuve. L\u2019habitation r\u00e9nov\u00e9e est le fruit de la fusion de deux unit\u00e9s voisines. La cloison non-structurale qui s\u00e9parait les deux adresses a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattue afin d\u2019ouvrir l\u2019espace sur toute la largeur entre les murs de briques.
