Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une partie importante du bloc historique et culturel de Jingdezhen Pengjiarong. En raison de sa proximit\u00e9 avec le four imp\u00e9rial et la rivi\u00e8re Changjiang, il existe depuis la dynastie Ming un plan de rues compos\u00e9 de rues orient\u00e9es nord-sud et de ruelles perpendiculaires \u00e0 la rivi\u00e8re Changjiang, avec le four imp\u00e9rial comme centre. S&#8217;appuyant sur l&#8217;usine du four imp\u00e9rial, Tao Yang Li et ses environs ont form\u00e9 un mode de production de &#8220;coop\u00e9ration officielle et de combustion civile&#8221;, montrant une disposition fonctionnelle de &#8220;production, r\u00e9sidence et commerce&#8221; m\u00e9lang\u00e9s les uns avec les autres. Cependant, avec le d\u00e9veloppement et la transformation de l&#8217;industrie c\u00e9ramique, les formes de vie urbaine \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es aux coutumes de production traditionnelles ont progressivement chang\u00e9. Les espaces de production et d&#8217;affaires d&#8217;origine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;abandon et transform\u00e9s, la vitalit\u00e9 urbaine de la vieille ville a progressivement diminu\u00e9 et le patrimoine urbain bas\u00e9 sur la production de c\u00e9ramique s&#8217;est progressivement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9 en raison de l&#8217;absence de protection efficace. Compte tenu de cette situation, la zone de Taoyang Lixia Nong est positionn\u00e9e comme un lieu d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience culturelle int\u00e9grant des fonctions de restauration, d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement, de culture et de cr\u00e9ation, afin de conserver le style et la fonction urbains d&#8217;origine et d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la vitalit\u00e9 de la vieille ville.<br \/>\nAu nord du site, Shuifu Nong abrite une auberge de jeunesse et divers snack-bars donnant sur la rue ; Pengjiaxia Nong, adjacent au Hubei Guild Hall, est un h\u00f4tel de charme Liyuan et des boutiques culturelles et cr\u00e9atives ; et Bijiaxia Nong, au sud du site, est un ensemble de boutiques, d&#8217;h\u00e9bergements chez l&#8217;habitant et de th\u00e9\u00e2tres d&#8217;op\u00e9ra. En combinaison avec le nouveau mode de fonctionnement, Shuifulongkou a construit, sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest du terrain, une auberge de jeunesse de deux \u00e9tages en utilisant le mur r\u00e9siduel d&#8217;origine et la trace des fondations, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter l&#8217;espace de la ruelle d&#8217;origine. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 nord du b\u00e2timent, une cour situ\u00e9e derri\u00e8re la ruelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e en utilisant les ruines de l&#8217;atelier d&#8217;origine.
